Ms. London has over 18 years experience in the non-profit field managing programs funded through both private and public grants, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Federal Emergency Management Administration. While at the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless (MCCH), Ms. London led the growth of the organization from four employees in 1996 to 125 in 2010 and from a budget of less than $500,000 to one in excess of $9 million. She developed and operated 9 programs including emergency shelter, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing and was responsible for the creation of Coalition Homes, a subsidiary organization that owns and operates over 50 units of housing scattered throughout the community, as well as three apartment buildings.

Ms. London has spoken as an expert in national conferences about the development and financing of permanent supportive housing, safe havens for seriously mentally ill, chronically homeless single adults and housing first. With two years experience at ICF, Ms. London leads the homeless team providing training and technical assistance for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs
